The mission of this award winning Yale University project is to archive law, history, economics, politics, diplomacy and government documents. The site is divided into pre 18th century, 18th century, 19th century and 20th century documents, with an emphasis on, but not limited to Western and American historical documents. The site includes such documents as the Athenian Constitution, Rights of Man, Communist Manifesto, the U2 Incident, a large collection of WW II documents, and more.

The Black World Today
More than an electronic newspaper, the mission of this publication is to chronicle the daily social, political, cultural and economic realities of Black communities and countries. Besides News, Views, Arts & Entertainment, Sports, Technology, Health, Editorials, etc., this searchable site also offers Today in Black History, Black Country Profiles, Inspiration and much more.

Council on Foreign Relations
The Council on Foreign Relations is a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization devoted to promoting improved understanding of international affairs through the free exchange of ideas. The Council takes no institutional position on policy issues and has no affiliation with the U.S. government and is dedicated to increasing America's understanding of the world and contributing ideas to U.S. foreign policy. The Council accomplishes this mainly by promoting constructive debates and discussions, clarifying world issues, and publishing Foreign Affairs, the leading journal on global issues.

The Institute for Global Communications (IGC) is a nonprofit organization that provides alternative sources of information. The emphasis is on world peace, economy, labor, women, and conflict.

International Organizations
A project of GODORT (American Library Association Government Documents Round Table) and Northwestern University Library, this site features a nearly comprehensive list of links to international organizations.

ISN
The International Relations and Security Network is based in Switzerland. It is designed to be a one-stop information service in the fields of international relations and security. Part of the site is still under construction, but the Links Library and Current World Affairs are up and running and quite useful.
