of the United States of America
A project of the United States Senate and the United States Government Printing
Office and prepared by the Congressional Research Service of the Library of
Congress with the 1992 edition and a 1996 supplement. This site is an analysis
and interpretation of the US constitution with annotations of cases decided
by the Supreme Court of the United States.

cases, background, analysis and opinions; most of them are not comprehensive,
but the sites listed below are good ones to try.

This searchable site is part of FedWorld and archives
the full text of Supreme Court opinions dating from
1937 through 1975. There are also links to other sites
that archive Supreme Court decisions. The Court Decisions
can be searched by keyword or case name.
OYEZ
Project A Northwestern University project supported by National
Endowment for the Humanities "Teaching with Technology" program,
National Science Foundation, the M.R. Bauer Foundation and others. This
site offers access to Supreme Court cases by: On this Date in US Supreme
Court History, On the Docket, Search by Title, Search by Citation, Search
by Subjects (very useful), and Search by Date. Information about the
Justices can be accessed by List of Current Justices, List of Justices
in Order of Appointment, List of Justices, Alphabetic by Last Name or
