To find out the cause of your hold, circulation staff
must look up your records to determine the cause of your hold. This
can be done in person at the Circulation Desk, or over the phone. Call
938-1211 x 205/448. To actually clear the hold, you will most likely
need to pay a fine, and this must be done in person in the library
at the Circulation Desk.
If a fine or overdue is in dispute, please contact the
Circulation Coordinator at the Circulation Desk, call 938-1211 x 205/448,
or email dl-library-circulation@com.edu.
