Everything from finding a quiet place to study to getting Wi-Fi access. Here is our top 20 list:

  1. Do college level research, accessing thousands of full text articles online from our database page.
  2. Read thousands of eBooks online.
  3. Get research help from the research experts--librarians! Ask A Librarian.
  4. Check your email.
  5. Play chess, backgammon or put a puzzle together.
  6. Browse the Internet.
  7. Get Wi-Fi access, with places to plug in on the Mezzanine.
  8. Print out documents from our printers (5 cents/page).
  9. Find a quiet place to study in our study rooms, our large tables where you can spread out, or our study carrels.
  10. Check out, renew or return books.
  11. Listen to audio on any of our computers--headphones ara vialbel on each computer--or bring your own.
  12. Make copies on our copiers (5 cents/page).
  13. Work on your paper or other class projects using MS Office on library computers.
  14. Read books from our Spanish language collection.
  15. Read magazines and newspapers.
  16. Relax in our lounge area near the main entrance.
  17. Read a bestseller. The bestsellers are located on our new books rack near the main entrance.
  18. Read books from our Texana collection--books by, for or about Texans.
  19. Check out media materials (math tapes, and materials of general interest).
  20. Read a paperback. Our paperback collection includes a variety of books, including mysteries, romances and classics.
